UDIS Y2/3 (2021/2022)

WE DID WELL THIS WEEK It has not been ideal working online this week but we hope we are back to normal by Thursday of next week. Thankyou to all who are trying their best to learn and improve their skills while we ware online! Please note the poster at the bottom of the blog this week. There is an online parent cafe on Monday 28th at 2 pm. All are welcome! This week we decided to post some of the work that our learners have sent to us during the week.  

 Hello and Welcome to Week Five Here are some pictures from this and last weeks events at school. Maths  We have been revisiting methods of addition and how addition is connected to subtraction. We had been revising the properties of three dimensional shapes. Next week we will be trying to secure our knowledge of the three times table and the ways that we can solve multiplication problems. English We continue to improve our reading skills and have PM reading book targets to achieve by the end of the term. We are trying to improve our knowledge of sentence structure with a view to being able to write narrative stories later this term. Next week we will be continuing the work about editing our skills and evaluating what we write. House Team  Assembly It was great to be able to play a sport competition with our class mates and still manage to stay in our bubbles.  It was great fun!
