There Is no school on Monday. It's our half term break!

Our PSPE theme this week and next week is...
"What am I good at?"
The children thought about all of their talents and skills and drew one of the things that they were good at. We hen shared our pictures with others in the class and we all celebrated how everyone was different and good a different things.

Maths
We were investigating what perimeter means. So we went into the auditorium to pace out the distance around this large space. This will help the children to connect the word perimeter to measuring the distance around the outside of a shape.
Next week we will revisit our subtraction knowledge and skills.

We were also catching up on missed activities throughout the last few weeks. So the learners had different activities and challenges to complete from past lessons.

Assembly
Everyone enjoyed being part of our year 2/3 assembly this week. Our children had to show their talent or skill in front of the years 1, 4, and 5 and 6. They were brave and completed the task well. The children came to school dressed and ready to perform. It was awesome to see them perform with great confidence.
Well done everyone.

Library
As always the library is a fun time for all of our class

Handwriting
We are working extremely hard to make our handwriting become very presentable. It is definitely improving.

UOI Internet Safety
Who are the people in my community? The children had to think about the various group that they belong to and how they interact with them online and in person.

Today we listened to the Taiwanese national song

It was Luffy's turn to celebrate his family's nation

This Monday is a public holiday so the school will re open on Tuesday next week. See you all then!!!!
There are a few things going on at school.
